Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation options and refund review eligibility for KyroNow digital services and workshop bookings.
1) Definitions
“Digital services” means access to online materials, templates, and structured sessions where applicable. “Workshop booking” means reserving a date/time slot for a session (remote or in-person where offered).
2) Cancellations
You can request cancellation at any time. For recurring access, cancellation typically stops the next renewal. For single workshops, cancellation rules depend on how close the request is to the scheduled time.
- Email [email protected] with subject Cancellation.
- Include your account email and service name (if known).
- For organization bookings, include the organization name and the admin contact.
3) Refund review eligibility
Refund reviews depend on service type, timing, and whether access has already been provided and used. Mandatory consumer rules (where applicable) take precedence.
Common reasons we can review
- Duplicate charge: the same period was charged more than once.
- Incorrect plan charged: confirmed operational error in plan selection.
- Access problem: verified inability to access a purchased service due to our platform fault.
Cases often not eligible
- Change of mind after service access has been granted and used.
- Non-use during the access period.
- Connectivity or device issues outside our control.
4) Workshops and time-based delivery
If a workshop involves reserved time, late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to scheduling impact. If a refund is granted, it may be full or partial depending on timing and circumstances.
5) How to request a refund review
- Email [email protected] with subject: Refund request.
- Include: account email, date of charge, service name, and a short description.
- We may ask for verification details (for example, an invoice reference) to confirm the request.
Review and processing timelines can vary depending on verification steps and the method used for the original charge.
6) Disputes
If you initiate a formal dispute through your provider, we may pause service access during the review. We recommend contacting us first so we can check the issue and propose practical options.
